AICamp's Teamspace feature allows you to create organized, focused areas within your workspace for specific projects, use cases, departments, or teams. This ensures that every aspect of your business operations has a dedicated space for collaboration and efficient management.
How Teamspace Works
Workspace: By default, a workspace is created when you sign up for AICamp. This workspace represents your entire organization and houses all collaborative resources.
Teamspace: Under the workspace, you can create multiple teamspaces for different projects, departments, or use cases. For example, you can have separate teamspaces for Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Each teamspace allows teams to work independently while still being part of the larger organizational structure. This promotes focused collaboration and efficient project management.
Visual Representation
The attached graphic illustrates the relationship between the workspace and teamspaces:
Workspace: The central entity that contains all the chats, assistants, and prompts.
Team 1 and Team 2: Examples of teamspaces that can be created under the workspace. These teamspaces can have access to workspace-level resources.
Personal: Represents individual-level resources that are not shared across the workspace.
By utilizing teamspaces, you can ensure that your teams have dedicated areas to work on their specific tasks while maintaining an organized and collaborative environment within AICamp. This structure helps in aligning efforts towards common organizational goals and enhances overall productivity.
