What is Teamspace Chats?

Teamspace Chats are interactions with AI that are saved within a specific teamspace and are accessible to all members of that teamspace. These chats are vital for collaboration within teams, ensuring that all members can view, contribute to, and benefit from shared AI interactions.

How to Organize Chats in the Teamspace

Organizing your chats within a teamspace helps in maintaining a clear and structured approach to collaboration. Here’s how you can organize your chats in the Teamspace:

  1. Organize by Projects or Departments:

    • Create folders within the teamspace to categorize chats by projects, departments, or specific tasks.

  2. Save Chats in Teamspace:

    • Click on the three dots next to the chat you want to save.

    • Click "Save Chat."

    • Select the appropriate folder within the teamspace to save the chat.

By organizing chats into specific folders, you can ensure that all relevant information is easily accessible to team members, enhancing collaboration and productivity.

How to Save Chats in the Teamspace

By default, all chats are saved as Personal under the history. To save them in a teamspace:

1. Click on the three dots next to the chat you want to save.

2. Click "Save Chat."

3. Select the teamspace folder you want to save the chat to.

Your chat is now saved in the teamspace and accessible to all members of the team.
