What is Chats?
Chats in AICamp are interactions you have with AI. Every conversation you have with the AI is considered an AI Chat. You can organize these chats into collections by creating folders, allowing you to save and organize your chats for future access.
What is Workspace Chats?
Workspace Chats are chats that are saved at the workspace level and accessible by the entire organization. These chats are crucial for collaborative efforts and knowledge sharing across the team.
How to save chats in the workspace chats?
By default, all chats are saved as Personal under the history. To save them as Workspace Chats:
1. Click on the three dots next to the chat you want to save.
2. Click "Save Chat."
3. Select the folder you want to save the chat to.
Your chat is now saved as a Workspace Chat and accessible to your entire organization.
What is Workspace prompts?
Workspace Prompts are prompts that are accessible and manageable by the entire workspace. These prompts can be used by all team members, ensuring consistency and efficiency in AI interactions.
How to Create Prompt Collection
Click on "Prompts" in the right side panel.
Navigate to the "Workspace Prompts."
Click on the "+" button to create a new prompt collection.
Enter the name of collection. Now your collection is ready.
